How is it administered?
Parkinsonism: 100 mg twice daily. Drug-induced extrapyramidal: 100 mg twice daily. Influenza A: Dosage varies by age/risk. Reduce dose in renal impairment and elderly.

Monitor for congestive heart failure, peripheral edema, and increased seizure activity in patients with epilepsy. Do not discontinue abruptly. May cause CNS effects/blurred vision.
