How is it administered?
Intestinal atony/Urinary retention: 250-500 mcg SC or IM. Curare Antagonist: 0.5 to 2 mg IV with Atropine sulfate 0.6 to 1.2 mg IV.

Contraindications
Bronchial asthma or mechanical obstruction of intestinal or urinary tract. Known hypersensitivity to Neostigmine.
