How is it administered?
25 mg/m2 on Monday and Wednesday and 50 mg/m2 on Friday, administered intramuscularly, for a total of six doses to replace each planned dose of pegaspargase. Max 2 mL per injection site.

How is it stored and handled?
Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C in original carton to protect from light. Do not shake or freeze. Administer within 4 hours of syringe preparation.

Contraindications
History of: serious hypersensitivity to Erwinia asparaginase; serious pancreatitis, thrombosis, or hemorrhagic events during previous asparaginase therapy; hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

Risk of hyperglycemia, thrombosis, hemorrhage, hepatotoxicity, pancreatitis, and serious hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis. Monitor glucose, liver function, and coagulation.
