What is LENVIMA used for?
LENVIMA is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally recurrent or metastatic, progressive, radioactive iodine-refractory Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC). In combination with pembrolizumab, for the treatment of adult patients with advanced or metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) with no prior systemic therapy for metastatic RCC, or in combination with everolimus for the treatment of patients with advanced RCC following one prior vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-targeted therapy. It is also indicated for the first-line treatment of adult patients with unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), and in combination with pembrolizumab, for the treatment of adult patients with advanced endometrial carcinoma that is not microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR), who have disease progression following prior platinum-based systemic therapy, and are not candidates for curative surgery or radiation.
