How is it administered?
Dose based on weight: 125 IU/10 kg up to max 625 IU. Administer IV (over 3-5 mins) or IM within 96 hours of exposure. Minimum dose 125 IU. Max dose 625 IU for patients >40 kg.

Contraindications
