How is it administered?
Administered SC or IV. Cancer patients: 5-10 mcg/kg/day. SCN: 5-12 mcg/kg/day. HIV: 1 mcg/kg/day. Titrate based on ANC. Do not administer within 24h of cytotoxic chemotherapy.
