How is it administered?
One drop in the affected eye(s) once daily starting 1 day prior to surgery, on the day of surgery, and for 2 weeks postoperatively. Add one drop 30-120 minutes prior to surgery. Shake well.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to nepafenac, any ingredient, or other NSAIDs. Patients in whom asthma, urticaria, or acute rhinitis are precipitated by acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
Warnings and precautions
May result in keratitis and corneal complications (thinning, erosion, perforation). May slow/delay healing. Potential for increased bleeding time. Contact lenses should not be worn.
