How is it administered?

IV: 30-min infusion (weight-based: <60kg: 500mg, 60-100kg: 750mg, >100kg: 1g) at weeks 0, 2, 4, then every 4 weeks. SC: 125mg once weekly. aGVHD: 10mg/kg IV on Days -1, 5, 14, 28.
