How is it administered?
Administered intravenously at weekly intervals. Usual dose: 2 mg/m2 for children and 1.4 mg/m2 for adults. For children ≤10 kg, initial dose is 0.05 mg/kg once weekly.

Patients with the demyelinating form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth Syndrome. Fatal if given intrathecally.
