40 mg once daily for duodenal ulcer (2-4 weeks), gastric ulcer (4-8 weeks), GERD (4 weeks), and reflux esophagitis. 20 mg once daily for prevention of NSAID-induced lesions. Swallow whole.

Warnings and precautions
Exclude gastric malignancy before treatment. Long-term use may cause hypergastrinemia and ECL cell hyperplasia. Potential for cyanocobalamin malabsorption with long-term use (>3 years).
