How is it administered?
25 mg infused over 30-60 minutes once weekly. Premedicate with IV diphenhydramine 25-50 mg 30 mins prior. Continue until no clinical benefit or unacceptable toxicity.

Store under refrigeration at 2° to 8°C. Protect from light. Diluted mixture stable for 24 hours at 20° to 25°C.
How is it supplied?
Two-vial pack: 1.2 mL drug concentrate (30 mg) and 1.8 mL diluent in clear glass vials with butyl rubber stoppers.
Contraindications
History of anaphylaxis to temsirolimus, sirolimus or components; patients with bilirubin >1.5 x ULN.
Warnings and precautions
Hypersensitivity/infusion reactions, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, infections (PJP, sepsis), interstitial lung disease, renal failure, bowel perforation, and abnormal wound healing.
