What is CEFTRIAXONE FOR INJECTION used for?
Ceftriaxone for Injection is indicated for the treatment of the following infections when caused by susceptible strains of the designated micro-organisms: Lower Respiratory tract infections, Urinary tract infections, Bacterial Septicemia, Skin and Skin Structure Infections, Bone and Joint Infections, Intra-Abdominal Infections, Meningitis, Uncomplicated Gonorrhea. It is also indicated for prophylaxis in certain surgical procedures.
