How is it administered?
Adults: 5 mg 2-3 times/day (max 20/day). Children >5: 5 mg 2 times/day (max 15/day). Elderly: Start at lowest dose and increase carefully.

Glaucoma, GI obstruction, paralytic ileus, intestinal atony, megacolon, severe colitis, myasthenia gravis, obstructive uropathy, unstable cardiovascular status in acute hemorrhage, hypersensitivity.

Can cause heat prostration in high temperatures. May cause drowsiness or blurred vision; caution with hazardous tasks. Diarrhea may indicate incomplete intestinal obstruction.
