Administer once daily with food. Depression/GAD/Social Anxiety: Start 37.5-75 mg/day. Panic Disorder: Start 37.5 mg/day for 7 days. Max dose 225 mg/day. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to venlafaxine or any ingredient; concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of discontinuing an MAOI.
