How is it administered?
Must be diluted. Dilute 5 mL (1000 mcg/mL) in 500 mL diluent (10 mcg/mL). Infusion rates: 3 to 20 mcg/min. Start at 5 mcg/min, increase at 15-30 min intervals if needed.
