How is it administered?
Adults/Children: 3-8 mg/kg/day divided in 2-3 doses. Infants/Newborns: 8-15 mg/kg/day divided in 2-3 doses. Individualize based on blood glucose response. Discontinue if ineffective after 2-3 weeks.
