IV: 1.25-10 mg (2.5 mg/mL) followed by 10 mL saline flush. Interstitial (lymphatic mapping): 5 mg (4 x 1.25 mg injections of 1.25 mg/mL solution into cervix). Max dose 2 mg/kg.

Hypersensitivity to indocyanine green, sodium iodide, or any ingredient in the formulation. History of allergy to iodides or iodinated imaging contrast agents.
Warnings and precautions
