How is it administered?
ICU: Loading 1.0 mcg/kg over 10 min, maintenance 0.2-0.7 mcg/kg/hr. Conscious Sedation: Loading 0.5-1.0 mcg/kg over 10 min, maintenance 0.2-1 mcg/kg/hr. Administer via controlled infusion device.
