How is it administered?
Newly diagnosed GBM: 75 mg/m2 daily (42 days) with RT, then 150-200 mg/m2 (5 days/28-day cycle). Recurrent Glioma: 150-200 mg/m2 for 5 days per 28-day cycle. Administer in fasting state.

Contraindications
History of hypersensitivity to temozolomide or dacarbazine (DTIC). Not recommended in patients with severe myelosuppression.
Warnings and precautions
Serious risks: Myelosuppression (neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia), fatal hepatic failure, HBV reactivation, PCP pneumonia, and serious skin reactions (SJS/TEN).
