What is APO-ELTROMBOPAG used for?
APO-ELTROMBOPAG tablets are indicated for the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) to increase platelet counts in adult and pediatric patients one year and older who have had an insufficient response to corticosteroids or immunoglobulins. APO-ELTROMBOPAG is indicated to increase platelet counts in thrombocytopenic patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection to allow the initiation and maintenance of interferon-based therapy.
