How is it administered?

Subcutaneous injection only. Initial: 300 mg monthly for 2 months. Maintenance: 100 mg monthly. Can be initiated via Rapid Induction or after 7-day transmucosal buprenorphine stabilization.

Refrigerate at 2-8°C. Once outside the refrigerator, may be stored at room temperature (up to 25°C) for up to 28 days. Discard if left at room temperature >28 days.

Hypersensitivity; severe respiratory insufficiency; severe hepatic impairment; acute alcoholism; GI obstruction; severe CNS depression; MAO inhibitors; seizure disorders; Long QT Syndrome.

Warnings and precautions

Serious harm/death if administered IV. Risk of addiction, abuse, misuse. Life-threatening respiratory depression. QTc prolongation. Risk of profound sedation with CNS depressants.
