How is it administered?
Prophylaxis: 1 tablet 1-2 times daily (max 2/day). Treatment: 2 tablets at first sign, then 1 tablet an hour later (max 3 tablets/hour). Maintain fluid intake; avoid grapefruit juice.

Contraindications

Fatal overdoses reported. Risk of toxicity with CYP3A4/P-gp inhibitors. Risk of blood dyscrasias and neuromuscular toxicity/rhabdomyolysis. Keep out of reach of children.
