How is it administered?
IV or IM. Life-threatening: 30 mg/kg IV over 30+ mins, repeat every 4-6 hours. Other: 10-500 mg IV/IM. Reconstitute with provided diluent or Bacteriostatic Water. Use within 48 hours.
