How is it administered?
Adults: 250-500 mg IM/IV every 6h (max 6g/day). Children (up to 20kg): 25-50 mg/kg/day in 4 equal doses every 6h. Administer IV over 2-4 mins or infusion over 30-40 mins.

Store dry powder at 15-30°C. Reconstituted: 24 hours at room temperature (max 25°C) or 48 hours refrigerated (2-8°C).
