How is it administered?
Adults: 1 to 2 g daily. UTI: 1-2 g daily (single or divided). Pharyngitis/Tonsillitis: 1 g daily. Skin infections: 1 g daily. Lower Respiratory: 500 mg to 1 g twice daily. Adjust for renal impairment.
