INNOHEP® (tinzaparin sodium) is indicated for: The prevention of postoperative venous thromboembolism in patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery and in patients undergoing general surgery who are at high risk of developing postoperative venous thromboembolism. The treatment of deep vein thrombosis and/or pulmonary embolism.
