Contraindications

CABG surgery peri-operative setting; third trimester of pregnancy; breastfeeding; severe uncontrolled heart failure; hypersensitivity to diclofenac or NSAIDs; active GI ulcer/bleeding; IBD.

Warnings and precautions

Increased risk of serious cardiovascular thrombotic events (MI, stroke) and gastrointestinal events (ulcer, perforation, bleeding). May cause hypertension and fluid retention.
