What is CYTOVENE used for?
CYTOVENE (ganciclovir for injection) is indicated for the treatment of cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis in immunocompromised patients, including patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), iatrogenic suppression secondary to organ transplantation or those administered chemotherapy for neoplasia.
