How is it administered?
Adults: 250-500 mg every 12 hours for 7-14 days. H. pylori: 500 mg BID with omeprazole/amoxicillin for 10 days. Pediatrics: 15 mg/kg/day divided every 12 hours. May be taken with or without food.
