How is it administered?
Single-agent: 50-75 mg/m2 IV every 3-4 weeks, or 15-20 mg/m2 IV daily for 5 days every 3-4 weeks. Requires pre-treatment hydration (1-2 L) and dilution in 2 L of 5% dextrose in 1/2 or 1/3 saline.
