How is it administered?
IV use only. Adults: Initial 0.06-0.1 mg/kg for intubation. Maintenance: 0.01 mg/kg increments. Dosage must be individualized. Monitoring with peripheral nerve stimulator advised.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to pancuronium or bromide ion; pregnant and lactating women; newborn infants (less than 1 month old) due to benzyl alcohol content.
