How is it administered?
Adults: 25 mg tablet 3x daily, 1 hour before meals; or one 75 mg sustained release tablet once daily in midmorning. Duration should not exceed 4 weeks.

Contraindications
MAOIs (within 14 days), pulmonary artery hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, advanced arteriosclerosis, severe hypertension, valvular heart disease, agitated states, history of drug abuse.
Warnings and precautions
Increased risk of Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH) and Valvular Heart Disease. Potential for drug dependence and abuse. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery.
