Indications
Temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients < 65 years of age.
Dosage and administration
20 Units total, administered as 4 Units (0.1 mL) into each of 5 sites (2 in each corrugator, 1 in the procerus). Injection intervals should be no more frequent than every 3 months.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient; infection or inflammation at the proposed injection site(s).
Warnings and precautions
Distant spread of toxin effect can be life-threatening. Units are not interchangeable with other botulinum products. Risk of muscle weakness remote to injection site.
Storage and handling
Unused reconstituted Letybo: store in refrigerator (2°C to 8°C) for up to 24 hours. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
Packaging
Single-dose 50 or 100-Unit vials.
