How is it administered?
85 mg/m2 IV infusion over 2-6 hours every 2 weeks in combination with 5-FU/LV. Adjuvant use: 12 cycles (6 months). Metastatic: until progression or toxicity. Dose adjustments for toxicity.

Contraindications
History of allergy to oxaliplatin/platinum; pre-existing peripheral sensitive neuropathy with functional impairment; breast-feeding; pregnancy; severe renal impairment (ClCr < 30 mL/min).
Warnings and precautions
Serious: Anaphylaxis, QT prolongation/Torsade de Pointes, hepatotoxicity, rhabdomyolysis, myelosuppression, sepsis, interstitial lung disease, and severe neuropathy.
