Indications
LORATADINE SOFT GEL CAPSULES are indicated for: • the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, nasal discharge and itching, and ocular itching and burning. • the relief of symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria and other allergic dermatologic disorders.
Dosage and administration
Adults and Children 12+: 10 mg once daily. Patients with severe liver impairment: 10 mg every other day for adults and children >30kg.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to loratadine, descarboethoxy-loratadine, or any ingredient in the formulation or component of the container.
Warnings and precautions
Dosing adjustment recommended for severe liver disease. Use with caution in severe renal insufficiency. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
Storage and handling
Store at room temperature 15°C to 30°C. Protect from exposure to excessive moisture.
