Contraindications
Hypersensitivity; concomitant MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of discontinuation; acute recovery phase of myocardial infarction; arrhythmias, heart block, conduction disturbances, or CHF; hyperthyroidism.

Not recommended for use longer than 2-3 weeks. Closely related to tricyclic antidepressants; may cause arrhythmias, tachycardia, or enhance effects of CNS depressants. May impair mental/physical abilities.
